Somerleyton Hall and Gardens

Somerleyton is one of Britain’s finest Victorian stately homes and is located in the heart of the Broads National Park. Visit the walled garden to discover the beautiful and ornate iron and glass peach cages and greenhouses designed by Joseph Paxton the architect of Crystal Palace. Somerleyton is also home to one of the finest yew hedge mazes in Britain, planted back in 1846. The house is currently used as a filming location for the Netflix series the Crown.

The Norfolk Broads National Park

North Suffolk Coast

The north Suffolk coastline is rich with lovely beaches of both shingle and sand, dunes, crumbling cliffs, oak-tree lined lanes, marshland, expansive woodland and heather-covered commons. We think the town of Southwold and its surrounding villages particularly Walberswick and Dunwich are rather special.

Pettitts

Located in the heart of the broads, Pettitts is a family adventure park with a large variety of animals including raccoons, lemurs, alpacas, meerkats and miniature horses to name a few. The site has an indoor play area with ball ponds and a Robin Hood adventure playground. It’s a great place to let energy and imagination run free. Animals, rides, attractions and live entertainment! You will need to cross the river by car on the chain ferry to get there which is an experience in itself.
