Benoli, Norwich

Benoli is a modern Italian restaurant created by Oli Boon a protégé of Michel Roux Jr. He was head chef at Roux at the Landau in London before moving back to his Norfolk home. This is an informal trattoria-style environment, where the menu changes regularly. It serves beautiful handmade pasta (which is made fresh every day on-site) and other seasonal dishes. The quality is outstanding.
